The location in the city

The Warmia Port is being built in the intimate neighborhood of Likusy, a single-family houses area in Olsztyn at Bałtycka Street. It is just a few minutes’ walk from grocery stores, a pharmacy and a gas station. A renowned restaurant, a sports complex with a gym, an indoor beach volleyball hall and squash courts are also located nearby. Right next to it there is a SPA with a swimming pool and saunas. A quarter of an hour is enough to get to Olsztyn’s Old Town, a cinema or the theater. At Ukiel shores, which is the same lake as the Warmia Port, there are the most exquisite restaurants in the city, which can be reached by a motorboat, yacht or houseboat.

Olsztyn is a dynamically developing city that has retained the charm and atmosphere of a peaceful life in accordance with the rhythm of nature. The city focuses on ecology, that is why it is dynamically developing public transport, including tram lines constructed from scratch. Many bicycle paths are being created here and more parks are being developed. The flagship investment that has been appreciated in the country for years is the city beach on Lake Ukiel, which can confidently compete with the best promenades in the world. Opposite the beach in the sports complex by the same lake there is an indoor beach volleyball court and squash courts. Both of these places can be reached from the Warmia Port by water, on foot or by bike; a car ride will take a couple of minutes.

Olsztyn is also an active research and economic center (the University of Warmia and Mazury operating here is the largest university in this part of the country). Michelin, among others, chose the city for its seat, and the City Group has here the largest settlement and operations center in the country.

The capital of Warmia and Mazury also has a rich entertainment, cultural and commercial offer: there are two large shopping malls, a puppet theater and a theater for adult audiences, a philharmonic hall, cinemas, one of the few planetariums in the country.

An undisturbed rest in the bosom of nature is ensured by the surrounding forests and lakes. Olsztyn is a paradise for anglers and sailors. The wild and unregulated Łyna River gives the shivers of delight for canoeing enthusiasts. Mushroom pickers, nature photography enthusiasts or those who love crazy bicycle rallies in the woods around the city will find hundreds of places where they will be able to devote themselves to their passions at any time of the year.

Olsztyn is a place for active people, there are numerous rentals, yachts, pedal boats and sailing boats. Adrenaline lovers will also find something for themselves, including water ski lift, scooters or flyboard equipment.

Location in the country

Olsztyn is well connected with the S-7 Warsaw-Gdańsk route – an access to the Baltic Sea takes less than 2 hours, we will reach the capital in less than 3 hours. Private light aircraft and helicopters can land at the airport in the Dajtki district that neighbors the Warmia Port – a 7.6 km long route will take about 15 minutes. The airport in Szymany, 50 km away from Olsztyn, provides regular connections with London and Dortmund as well as domestic flights to Kraków. In the coming years, Olsztyn will also gain a northern bypass, thanks to which the Warmia Port will be only a moment to get to the expressway.
